Ionosphere

This mixed-use project in Prospect New Town, Colorado  borders the southern edge of Downtown Prospect’s central park. It is the second phase of a complex that will total 14 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments and 10,250 sq. ft. of retail space. The ground floor commercial space opens towards the park, with a 17 space parking garage behind, accessed from the public alley. To maximize retail frontage, the apartments in both phases are entered from a common south facing green space over the garage, which is linked to the park by 2 monumental stairs, one of which divides the phases while the other separates them from the adjacent lot-line building.
